YHC was out of town most of the weekend. Knowing that a first time Terrapin Q was on the way, I kept trying to think of new things to do. We could go here…..do this, do that. However, I kept coming back to a couple of things. Keep it simple and no running. What! Is it possible? No running at one of my Q’s. Yep that’s right. No running and a simplified “easy” plan. It turned out anything but easy. 3 pax woke up on a chilly morning and gave it a shot. This is how it happened………

Thrusters (time was called about 1 minute in)
(Triceps ext. while waiting on the six……..this did not happen much)

Well, as it looks above, it was pretty simple. Pretty sure the #beatdown was felt by all however.
Mumblechatter was quiet for the most part. Tough to talk when pushing through 100 of anything.
BabyBlu accused YHC of laughing during the Merkins. One of us must have been delirious because if I was laughing it was because I was gassed and could only do a handful of Merkins at a time. Maybe I was laughing…….maybe I was hyperventilating and it sounded like laughter.
