During COT, Special K brought up the message he(and others) received at church. I’m trying to summarize his words. We all have troubles and dark times in our lives. Surrender it to God and pray to him. Also, don’t be afraid to lean on your F3 brothers if you need help. He asked for prayers for himself and all the pax.

While running today in and out of the fog, it reminded me of life for myself and I am assuming others. One minute life can be cruising along great. Smooth sailing, a clear path. But just like that it can change and life gets tough, it can become hard to see the way. Just like the run this morning…..one minute clear…..a few minutes later in the fog and tough to see the man in front of you. But you keep going and pushing through the good times and the bad. God is always there beside you…..just reach out to him.
