With last night being the College Football National Championship, YHC had a feeling that the numbers would be down this morning. I think we should put in a petition to get the game time started earlier next year. Midnight is just too late for ballgames to be ending.
Anyway, we have a lot of Clemson fans in our group and I want to say Congrats on your teams victory. They played a great game and deserve the title.
Now that I have that outta the way, lets get into what was done today. Polly was the only PAX to show up so I modified the workout for some 2nd F mixed in.

Next we decided to go on a 3 Lap run around the track, which is a little under 2 1/2 miles.

YHC and Polly had a great time this morning in our 2nd F while working-out. Its great to get to talk with fellow PAX one on one about their life and things happening with them. You develop a better bond and grow in your brotherhood. The best thing is YHC and Polly are both big talkers so we didn’t run out of things to talk about.
