Just like every good, tree-hugging Liberal, I am a huge proponent of doing everything possible to reduce unnecessary waste and energy. So when I started thinking about my Q today at Fury, I applied the same principles. I always like to look at past Backblasts to get ideas and piece together items from different workouts, but when I came across a Baby Blu Fury workout from a few weeks ago, I knew my search was over. Baby Blu always brings the pain when he Qs, so I knew this workout would go over well with the Fury PAX. I made a couple modifications to the original workout, and they were real crowd pleasers based on the immediate feedback I received during the workout. So lets get to it…
