This weekend has had nothing but low temps in the gloom and I knew they would carry over to this morning as well.  It was cold and breezy when the 8 PAX arrived at the fountain.  Some of us stayed in our cars until 5:10 trying to hold on to some heat, while others began stretching and getting ready for the run.  Like always, the clock hit 5:15 and a quick disclaimer was given followed by some safety precautions.

Be aware of your surroundings and watch for cars!

All PAX left at the same time and arrived back pretty much together.

It has been awhile since I have been able to lead a Q due to having a lot of setbacks this past month where I had to focus more on my Job and Family.  I appreciate PAX that have reached out to me and I hope to get back into full swing here shortly.
