3 PAX reluctantly shook of the urge to sleep in and posted at Terrapin for a completely improvised workout. I did plan a workout, but decided to switch things up with only 3 in attendance. It went down like this (I’ll try to remember everything):

30 KB Swings, 25 Big boi situps, Sprint to Flag pole (approx. 50yds), return via backwards mosey
20 Manmakers, 40 V-ups, Sprint to Flag pole, return via backwards mosey
40 OH presses, 25? WWI sit ups, bear crawl to flag pole and mosey back
30 squats with coupon, 25 LBCs, side shuffle to flag pole and back
25 Pullups, 20 V-ups?, Karaoke to flag pole, mosey back
20 Thrusters, 25 Russian twists, Sprint down and mosey back (???)
50 Bench presses, 25 whirly boys, sprint to flag pole AND sprint back
Return blocks

- I enjoyed today’s workout and am glad a few decided to show up. I’ve been lazy lately and needed some motivation.
- The three of us sat on the bench at the park a while after the workout and basically shot the shit for a good 10-15 minutes. Better than Starbucks as I didn’t have to pay $4 for a drink.
- Just heard about the passing of Sunshine’s father in law. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
