NMM:

This workout was lifted from a very recent Uncle Jesse Q. When I see something good, I am not ashamed to “borrow” it for myself and give credit to the source. I altered it slightly to fit this morning’s situation. The Epicenter PAX did well and pushed themselves this morning. Good work men.

Cold Feet and Polly ran to the workout this morning and it was encouraging to see them as I drove by and gave them some love. I didn’t honk the horn and scare them like some PAX like to do. Cold Feet seems to think it’s because I’m a Democrat. I think it’s just because I’m a nice person. Probably a little bit of both.

Polly and his mumble chatter padawan, Cold Feet, were quite chatty in the COP. Although, it got quieter after they had to hold their arms up for a bit longer than expected.

Cold Feet did get busted by his partner for talking through a whole round of the DORA. When Thumper returned, he called him out for it #accountability. Your padawan is learning quickly, Polly.

I thought I would be welcomed back to the Epicenter with more love than I was shown this morning, but the PAX let me know that I wouldn’t be missed if this was what I was bringing with me when I Q at the Epicenter.

Even though the numbers were lower than I would have preferred this morning, the quality of men present was second to none. The camaraderie at the Epicenter was great as always, and it was an honor and pleasure to lead the workout. Thank you for the opportunity to serve my fellow men today.
