It was a great morning to hit the streets of The Wood for a good run.
I had something a little different planned for the Hills run. We would run the Cambridge Bowl and add a little extra work:
At the top of the bridge, 20 merkins. At the top of the Charles St spur, 20 LBCs. At the other end of the bowl in front of Manning Law Firm, 20 reverse crunches. Subtract one rep every lap.
Some chose to run the Hills and some decided to go out-n-back.
