YHC is tired AND still working so I’m gonna keep this simple…the thang- 20, mechanically sound reps at 3 different stations
Station 1- upper body…curls, overhead press, bent over rows, horizontal presses, Alpo’s, overhead tri-cep extension….run to station 2
Station 2- core….whirly boys, LBCs, big boy sit-ups, planks, super mans, FredMercs, V-Ups, rev crunch…run to station 3
Station 3- lower body…jungle boi squats, air squats, calf raises, lunges, something crazy that Sugar was doing
at random YHC stopped PAX where they were and “suggested” they do 5-10 burpees
at “mile 24” PAX “recovered to station 1 and performed 20 burpees, then carried their coupon ton station 3 where at “mile 25” PAX did 10 manmakers, carried coupon back to station 1 and “crossed the line” with 40 kettlebellswings
circle up, countOrama, nameOrama…FNG Jennings Hollister entered the circle to be “named” overcome with emotion, he freely admitted “I need to grow up”…BoyGeorge seized the moment to bring the PAX in close to Jennings and we did what we do…We joined together in prayer around this young man and created another powerful moment…
I’m not gonna pretend to know what is going on in Jennings life, it was clear he was feeling life’s pressures…Jennings and my son Tucker recently graduated from HS together and I know the emotional roller coaster Tucker has been on as the end of summer approached…it’s a tough time for kids these days, this age…it’s a lot of pressure…
