Today we celebrate the birthday of YHC’s youngest 2.0, Emma.

Emma was born in 2011 and turns 5 today (you will see these numbers again).

Warmup:
5 Burpees OYO plus one to grow on.

The Thang:
5 exercises for the 5 year old. Total number of reps done equals 2011 (the year of Emma’s birth).
Grab a coupon and head to the goal line. Do first set at the line. When finished, pick up coupon and carry it 20 yards for the next exercise.

402 LBAC
402 Squats
402 Over Head Presses
402 Bent Over Rows
403 Flutter Kicks – unfortunately we were not able to get to this set (time flies…)

Like this workout, things aren’t always fun and games. You don’t get to pick and choose what life throws at you. Like it or not you just have to work through it and get it done.

NMM:
At one point a pax requested permission to modify exercise by counting by 10s.
Tickle modified the chest presses by placing the coupon on his chest and allowing the coupon to press him into the ground.
One pax commented during the 402 squats that he had evacuated all the methane from his system.
Special K mentioned that his OCD would force him to go home and complete the missing 170 Bent Rows and 403 Flutter Kicks remaining when time was called. This would break YHC of OCD if he had it.
