After a week of vacation with essentially no working out and the BRR looming large, YHC decided that there was no time better than the present to step up the Q game and bring mile repeats to #hustle.

Slow mosey from parking lot to baseball field access road

Object of the activity is to complete a single mile at a 5k/10k race pace….after the mile take a 2-3 min break to get heart rate down and breathing under control….repeat process for 45 mins while trying to keep similar pace for all 1 mile segments

As normal, Pacer led the way in both pace and distance….completed 5 miles in approximate 6:50 per mile average

RoundUp and YHC completed a full 4 segments…truth be told YHC was ready to tap after #3, but was glad to push out another with RoundUp

Pusher and Leaner put in strong work with 3 complete segments and a partial 4th…Leaner’s day was cut short due to some gastrointestinal discomfort that luckily didn’t lead to TBQ (total bower quiver) for all of you PAX not fully dedicated to the Lexicon.
