PAX pair up and grab a coupon each. Starting at one goal line, PAX 1 does dips w/ both coupons while PAX 2 runs to opposite end zone and starts Jungle Boy Squats. When PAX 2 has started JBS, PAX 1 farmer carries coupons to PAX 2 and the PAX flipflop, PAX 2 farmer carries back to end zone 1 and does dips….PAX do this set once

Set 2….PAX 1 does reverse Thrusters ?? (YHC is not sure if this one exists but its a bitch) PAX 2 runs and starts Whirrly Boys PAX 1 farmer carries, flip flop and do this set x2

Set 3….PAX 1 does Tricep extensions, PAX 2 runs and starts Burpees PAX 1runs to PAX 2 and they flipflop….x3 (no farmer carry this set)

Set 4….PAX 1 curls, PAX 2 runs and starts Crunches, PAX 1 farmer carries to PAX 2 and they flip flop….x4

Before the workout, a to remain nameless PAX, you know who you are, said to YHC, “i should have Q shopped, i probably would have opted out of Shipyard” YHC very “concerned” said “why!??” nameless PAX said “cause when you Q theres running”…YHC promptly lied and said “oh, theres no running in this one” but inside i threw my arms up Rocky style in triumph and said “YES!!!”

This was YHC’s 5th straight Q….i’m still working out the kinks and trying to Q without feeling insecure about it and was actually thinking of backing off Qing for a while, but YHC got a DM from a PAX after this Q telling me he appreciated me Qing and how much he was enjoying F3….that simple thanks means way more than he’ll ever know….F3 works on so many levels and layers and continues to amaze me every day….i’m grateful just to be a tiny part of this thing
