run and carry one coupon to station 2

station 2, core w/o coupon….bbsitups, crunches, merkins, supermans, freddy mercs, flutter kicks, whirrly boys, planks….this station gets hit twice, on the way to legs and the return to upper body

run to station 3, with coupon and do most exercises with coupons, leave coupon for duration

station 3, legs….squats w coupon, lunge w coupon, jungle boi squat, calf raises w coupon, mountain climbers

recover was called, back to station 1 for 5 burpees…carry station 1 block to station 3, do 5 manmakers, farmer carry coupons back to stack, mosey to Flag
