Its the 4th of July, woohoo!!!! 14 PAX decided to declare independence from the fartsack and post on a holiday that most of the country starts by sleeping in….not in F3 country

YHC is pretty sure nothing crazy was done this morning….just the old out and back for everyone….YHC did observe 2 PAX heading out early, Smokey and Sparkle and one PAX was feeling froggy enough to make it to Calhoun (or very close) DoogieMD

We also had Strawberry visiting from…..Area 51 (charlotte maybe)… i’m old, i forget… anyway it was good to have him runin with us

After the run, we did the usual….nameOrama, countOrama

announcements – Run the Hills will move to GHS this week to accommodate BBQ, dads/2.0s workout will move from the 30th to the 23rd, Aiken 3rd F launch is 7/30….see the news letter for all the deets

we did our 22 merkins plus 2 more for Lego and Mulligan who will deploy soon

YHC then read from “Paps” WW2 daily devotional, July 4th of course….the last paragraph reads as follows

All of us are challenged this day to remember the values that are included in true patriotism- all those things which have made our country the greatest on earth, those things for which we should be willing to die.There is something almost divine in true love for ones country. Religion and patriotism are woven together. Love to God means love for those high things which He has created.
