Combo cutting grass to Morning glory. Who knows how many? I said 1-2-3 and everyone just did groan. No numbers!
Mosey down to coupon area for shoulders and biceps and quads.
4 rounds. 10 thrusters, 15 alpo shrugs, 20 curls. Coupons up , done for day with those.
Line up at Goal line: Next exercise is 100 yard mosey, goal line to goal line till you hit 800 yards. Oh yeah, one little thing to add. Every 20 yard line , drop and do 15 merkins alternating with 15 crunches at next 20 yard line. Keep alternating until hit 800 yards. Gives total of 300 merkins and 300 crunches. No idea how would go , how recieved, and time involved. FYI in case this interests anyone for future AMRAPS with different exercises—PAX liked the rotation of muscle exercises, it did push them, and it took about 20 minutes.
Next up, Seeing if any PAX are draft eligible. Since draft already done , maybe could sign as free agents. Divided into three groups for defensive back drills. Followed the coach ball direction. Forward, back, side to side, or 45 degree drop. After chopping feet for about 20 seconds, coach threw ball in air for one PAX to holler “ball” and intercept. If it was caught, team got 4 burpies; a drop -10 burpies. Amazingly only one drop, and it was on a deep ball. 4 full rotations for the three teams.
