11 PAX showed up and got soaked to the bone today at the Epicenter. What began as a nice and breezy start quickly turned it into a monsoon right before we got to “The Thang”. I’m not sure if the Moroccan Nightclub is actually a rain dance or if somebody rolled a 6 playing Jumanji which caused a monsoon. Either way, the rain started and it didn’t stop.
Luckily we are all men and a little or a lotta rain cant hurt us. So with that mindset lets get into the Beach Body Beatdown part 2.

- Today was a good day despite the rainstorm. I personally think every PAX out there today enjoyed it except for Woodpecker who decided to leave the circle of PAX in the rain and do his workouts under a covered area. Come on brother, we are supposed to be a solid unit. We endure all things together because that what’s make us stronger and builds a brotherhood with one another.
- T claps to Sour for posting on an upper body workout. Who would have thought differently, right?
- Polly was on a mission today by climbing over fences instead of running back the way he came. Some people call it lazy but I call it not as lazy.
- Semi-Pro mentioned that some PAX wont have to take a bath today and can save water because we were soaked. Bro, it don’t matter how much water gets on you. If soap is not involved, you are not clean.
- on a positive note though, all PAX deserve a TClap for posting today when there over a 90 % chance of rain. It takes a lot to get outta the fartsack with that high of a percent.
I truly enjoyed being the Q for you guys this week.
Thanks also for putting up with me for two straight boot camps but at least you guys can say that work was done on both days and everybody definitely got better.
Aye.
