YHC is on the road yesterday and today, but here is the report from Monday’s out and back run. Props to Meat Loaf and Kobayashi for showing up despite having been “Assaulted” on Saturday. #Pushtherock.  Also, welcome to Smokey for his first run outing!

Conditions: Muggy and heavy fog, all pax reminded to be safe while running.

Announcements: Many, see newsletter.  Next major event will be the Whetstone on April 2nd, and the Connie Maxwell Mud Run on April 9th. Smokey’s VQ tomorrow at Shipyard.

Prayer requests: Fairly quiet this am, but continued prayers for those recovering from injuries and those who have suffered loss in recent months.

The pax were encouraged to EH other men who would benefit from participating in F3.  As the weather warms up, now is the time to get folks motivated to come out and #getbetter.
