33 men decided to come out to the weekly Starbucks run, and YHC was glad to be able to offer some Sugar for the event.

What originally started as a weekly 5K as blossomed into an opportunity to run that currently includes 2-5K routes, 2-8K routes and plenty of free form routes for the PAX to choose from. PAX chose their personal preference, ran and therefore got better.

speaking of MeterMaid….it’s amazing to see the increase in pace that MM has displayed the past two weeks when getting passed on Montague by the women’s run group…YHC is only able to notice this pace increase because MM as already left YHC in the dust
