DORA 1,2,3 YHC must have had strong ambitions for the PAX as the call out began with 100 LBCs, 200 squats… A few seasoned PAX spoke up before finishing asking for reconsideration on behalf of the 6… and so it went like this;

P1 sprint to other side of lot, Bearcrawl back, flapjack until done

Early finishers planked and took care of our 6.

10 count, then mosey towards the marina

T-Claps to my sweepers picking up the 6, meanwhile YHC noticed a lonely stretch of curb and advised the 12 to grab a piece of it and hold hi plank for the 6 to catch up

Mucho Chesto with 10 reps each

Incline Merkins, Decline Merkins on alternating sides of the street simply cause the other side was just as lonely.

Rinse and repeat, then 10 Merkins, 10 Low Squats with hands slapping the ground

Mosey back to SF, hold Al Gore whilst awaiting the 6
