Warm up

  • 20 SSH in cadence
  • 15 LBAC forward and back in cadence
  • 30 LBCs OYO
  • 5 minute Plank
  • 15 Copperhead Squats in cadence
  • 15 count Superman in cadence

Pax split into two groups. Group 1 grab a coupon and mosey to the football field where group 2 is waiting in the plank position.

Wait… What? Kobayashi leading a beatdown using coupons?

The Thang

Once on the football field, stack the coupons in one corner of the field. All Pax line up starting at the stack of coupons.

Round One
Pax number 1 picks up a coupon on one side and puts it down on the other side. All other Pax follow Pax #1’s lead. Pick up coupon on one side and put it down on the other. Until ALL coupons are stacked at the opposite end of the line. Plank until all coupons are stacked.

YHC didn’t like how things were progressing so he decided to call an audible and change things up from what was originally planned.

Pair up.

Round Two
Each pair sit back-to-back with knees bent. Pass the coupon from right to left with out letting the coupon touch the ground for 10 rounds then reverse for 10 rounds.

Round Three
Each pair line up on the goal line PAX number one grabs the coupon and lunch walks to the 5 yard line while PAX number two bear crawls to the 5 yard line. PAX swap out exercises every 5 yards until they reach the opposite goal line. Plank it up for the six.

Round Four
MonkeyHumpers in the middle.
PAX number one starts out in the middle and calls out and exercise. While PAX number one does monkey Humpers, the remaining PAX do the exercise that was called out. Swap out packs one at a time until all PAX have had a chance to do monkeyhumpers.
