YHC was a little miffed when evidently some Russian antagonist got on YHC communication line and tried to influence the PAX on their vote on where to post this AM. Evidently, he should not have cared because almost all that were reached out to decided to Fartsack in. But 3 loyal Snoozers did show . Puddin, X-ray, and Blueprint are almost a guarantee to show. None of the 4 from Shipyard were doubling so off we went:
Grab a coupon and head to 50 yard line-
Quick warm up of 15 SSH and 12 cut the grass and we were ready for main thang.
Main Thang:
Amrap 1 – 4 rounds
at 50 yard line- 20 thrusters, run to end zone -20 merkins, back to 50 – 20 Alpos, other end zone -20 big boys
return to 50 . one round complete. Do 4 rounds and plank for 6.
Amrap 2- take coupon up stairs. At top of staircase -20 curls. run to base of concrete monster- 20 reverse crunches. 4 rounds and plank for 6.
Amrap 3- head to back deck with benches. 20 dips alternating with 20 whirlyboys. 4 Rounds , plank for 6.
Run to base of concrete monster. 20 hand release merkins.
Run to top of monster, grab coupon and gather in front of coupon.
6:44 on clock – so one minute alternating tricep extensions and curls as many as you can get in.

So, the name of this work out obviously came from my irritation that it was said that fury was so much better than this Q. Petty , but I am only human. Just defending the turf. Anyway, it is all good and I am sure I will get grief for getting defensive about this for months to come. Well deserved. Puddin volunteered to lead us next week, so I am pumped for his VQ. X-ray has really stepped it up lately as he is getting back into it. And Blueprint continues to push it every time.
