This workout was thoroughly researched and carefully designed … last night about 9:45pm – already past YHC’s bedtime.

We learned quite a few things from our time this morning:

    Being on a team of 3 in a DORA is really confusing and requires high math
    Bengay loves We’re Not Worthy!’s (must remember this)
    Encino Man hates wet ground (not new – we already knew this, everybody knows this)
    CrayCray wasn’t quite as far in the lead as usual this morning – does he have a weakness? Maybe the dreaded four-count Flutters?
    Karaoke –> squats –> karaoke gets really old/sucky after a while
    Sunshine is not a patient man
    Yes, Tweeter, size really does matter

All PAX busted the gut this morning and put in tremendous work. Appreciate my brothers coming out to enjoy the gloom with me this morning.
