ANNOUNCEMENTS – Run Your Ice Off. Sometime between now and the end of February. Date was debatable.

PRAYER REQUESTS – Crayola’s older brother as he battles personal demons/accepts help and Crayola’s younger sister as she navigates family issues far from home.

-So abs and pull ups. Had to do some catching up on the January challenge and unfortunately drug 10 other unsuspecting lads along for the journey.

-A lot of excellent ‘that’s what she said’ moments throughout the workout. “I can’t even fit my thumb around it” is most assuredly not what she said. On a similar note, how ’bout the girth of those T&C pull up bars?! Makes the Condom House bars feel…inadequate?

-I quickly learned that I struggle with calling counts when I’m sucking wind in the plank position. My counts turned to inaudible grunts around the 30 mark.

-Excellent work and tons of fun. Ya’ll truly are the best part of wakin’ up on a Monday.
