SSH in cadence and Burpees OYO
All mosey to the blocks and return near the pull up bars
All work is 21-15-9 with a little mosey/work to catch your breath after each set
Round 1 – Pull ups/Dips/chest press
at the flagpole do 10 merkins and return by back pedal
Round 2 – Curls/Triceps/Alpos
mosey to flagpole 20 LBCs and return by Karaoke each set
Round 3 – move to Gazebo
Reverse crunches/Step-ups (count each leg)/calf raises. For your rest stay at Gazebo and perform 10 Bonnie Blair’s (count 1 leg)
Due to time YHC decided to double back to Round 2 to give the Pax a break from the pull up bars
return blocks and with a minute to spare we did a quick wall sit in cadence
