Saturday bootcamp made its way to the turtle this weekend, and I forgot to come up with a workout. I arrived in the parking lot, and used a scrap piece of cardboard to write up something work getting up for. I was told an FNG was coming. He was going to learn today…..
Here is what went down.
Warmup- 25 SSH, 20 Cut-the-grass
Go grab a block, and move to the dentist office parking lot.
The work-
We did 10 thrusters and 10 man-makers every round, along with one of the following pair of workouts.

20 leg raises/20 jungle boys
30 merkins/30 rows
40 tricep extensions/40 monkey humpers
50 curls/50 bonnies
After each round pax alternated running up to the top of the bridge, up to Charles St, and up to Pascal’s. We repeated this until time was called.
