The Thang – The Circuit at Terrapin

From parking lot, run to lit lightpole and do squats

Run to pull-up bars and do pull-ups

Run to building and do Australian mountain climbers

Run the back road behind Terrapin, up to the top of the small killer hill and back

Run to the swings and do Swerkins

Run to the bottom of BenGay’s hill and bear crawl up the hill (of course)

Do leg raises on the sidewalk at the top of the hill

Run to the gazebo and do dips

Run to the parking lot and do big boy sit-ups

That’s the circuit. Start with 5 of everything except 2 pull-ups. Every new round add 5 to all exercises except add 2 to the pull-ups. Work till time is called.

We stayed together for the most part, made it to completing 25, I think.

Small crowd, but somewhat typical for a Saturday. Had a couple of regulars, but also a couple I don’t see as often – good to have you all out.

Took a tour of almost the entire complex with this circuit workout. Oddly enough, the old guys led a good part of the way, with Drive-Thru beasting the lead the entire time. I finally dropped back about midway through. Foreclosure and Bogey were treating this like a Sunday stroll, maybe doing a little more chatting that working – maybe.

Nonetheless, work was done and we all got better from it.

Good to spend time with the PAX, especially those I don’t see very often.

Those who haven’t been out lately have been missed – and they are missing out on some good work and some good times. Come out soon.
