3 PAX along with several other sketchy folks showed up at Terrapin this morning. Only three of us were there to workout. The other folks seemed to be up to no good, but as I mentioned during the workout, “I have previously done some sketchy things so let’s don’t call the police”.
Upon starting the workout, Ben Gay (also incorrectly identified as Daniel by YHC. In fairness, that is his son’s real name) was the only other PAX present. He and I moseyed over to the barber shop parking lot for a quick warmup.

Rinse and repeat, but on subsequent round reduce burpees, BBs, and single leg merkins by 1 rep. Ab work remains at 10 reps every time
We made it only through 3 rounds before trouble ensued. Alpo saw a suspicious truck enter the Terrapin parking lot and snoop around our vehicles. We quickly abandoned the work and fast moseyed to Terrapin parking lot. Suspicious truck was gone, but Caprice Classic full of what appeared to be less than reputable folks was backed in beside my car. We still hade 7 minutes to go, so we modified with some gazebo work to ensure we kept a close eye on our vehicles.

25 Big Boi Situps
25 Flutters (right leg only)

COT/BOM
- Still missing the HTIC (head turtle in charge) Baby Blu
- Good work by the 3 in attendance
- Meatloaf was running hills so it was nice to have a quasi 4th participant
- I was expecting the rounds to go much faster, but quickly realized that the full 3 hill circuit was just short of 1 mile in length. Throw in the work at bottom and top of each hill and it took some time.
- On the way out, one of the gentlemen in the Caprice rolled his window down to exclaim, “I don’t know how you do it in this cold”. To which I responded, “You should come join us sometime” and explained the F3 Greenwood deal. He said he would see us when the temps hit 85 degrees. We shall see.
