While pulling up to Terrapin Station YHC could start to make out the reflection of the chains pulled across the entrances. This left an ominous feeling of pax that had arrived to find such a scene and then departed to clearer waters at Hustle and the OnB. Without thought, the answer was to check the gate at the other entrance. When YHC arrived to this place of temporary solace, only one vehicle sat waiting. Seatdown and I greeted each other and walked to the meeting point hoping that others would arrive hot and hurried just in the nic of time, but we were mistaken. The locked gates kept the pax away, or at least that’s what we are assuming. A slight discussion about the work on the docket left us both in a mad scramble to get the heck out of Dodge and find some saner place to find some work. We hustled to Hustle and enjoyed some track work with 7 others likely turned away by the gates that could not be passed.
