YHC was nearly 15 minutes early this morning (not typical) but was still second behind Weaver. My first thought when i saw a vehicle in the parking lot was this past Red Friday secret rendezvous.

NMM:
I’ve not Q’ed many workouts so I’m always nervous about how the work will go. Do i have enough for 45 minutes? Do i have too much? Is the work tough enough? Is the work too tough? Leading men I respect makes me want to give them something worth getting up early. Once the work begins, I enjoy the push of Qing. It somewhat takes my mind off the struggle because I am watching my brothers work, want to keep everyone engaged, monitor the plan, make adjustments to what’s working and not working. The reward is well worth the nerves and time to plan.
On a lighter note: For COT, Baby Blu broke out a pink Cousin Eddie robe from the back of his Tahoe. Then he fittingly gassed the group and claimed “ones like that don’t stink”. It was loud enough that my phone voice notes had no problem recording the event. It was impressive to say the least. If you go to Fury in the morning you may get to witness a Cousin Eddie sighting in person.
