Playing with Logs

YHC has been waiting for the right moment to play with the newest addition to Terrapin and this morning was the morning. A couple of weeks ago, a tree fell within the confines of Terrapin and the hard working employees of Greenwood cut it up but the pieces have been sitting there for weeks just begging to be used in a beatdown. Well, they aren’t begging anymore.

Warm-Up

    SSH x 25
    10 Burpees
    SSH x 20
    8 Burpees
    SSH x 15
    6 Burpees
    SSH x 10
    4 Burpees
    SSH x 5
    2 Burpees

Partner up and each pair grabs a log and a coupon and returns to the area near the pull-up bar.

The Thang

    Working together. PAX 1 either carries the log however he wants or the coupon in a rifle carry position around the big playground area. While PAX 1 carries the implement of choice, PAX 2 completes work. When PAX 1 gets back, he picks up the exercise count and PAX 2 makes the circuit.

      The Work

        5o pull-ups
        100 burpees
        150 squats
        200 merkins
        250 BBSU

      Plank or hang when done.

    Recover was called with only TR and Crayola getting through all of the work and the toys were returned.

      A lot of fun things can be done with these logs. There are ones of varying sizes and shapes so all can join in in the fun.
      Great work by the 6 men who posted this morning and got better.
      The Be Resolute challenge starts on Saturday. Take this week and find your shieldlock. 3-4 guys who will help keep you accountable as we start 2022. Don’t just find guys who post consistently. Find those guys who need to get back in the mix and be their encourager.
