Work is cumulative. P1 works, Partner 2 runs to flagpole and performs 10 Merkins and returns.

Repeat but 14 reps on round 2. Work your way down a rep on each subsequent round.

- Great work today. No frills workout. Work was definitely done by all.
- Definitely a little sketchy upon arrival with folks coming out of woods etc
- Ab work definitely put a hurting on all of us
