The Thang

All of the work as cumulative as the group of 5. When we got halfway through the indicated rep count, we moved over to the pull-up bars for max effort dead hangs. When we completed the indicated rep count for each exercise, we either bearcrawled or lunge-walked to the flag pole and moseyed back.

YHC had been wanting to do some hanging this morning and YHC thinks we all got our fill.
YHC shared Haggai 2:7, “I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory”, says the Lord.” Advent is a season of preparation for the arrival of Jesus as our Savior but it is also a reminder that He will come again. The question is, “Are You Ready?” for that. Are you living your life with that expectation?
