YHC wanted to do 20 of the side plank leg lifts, but Spew arrived late. In doing so, he pulled into Terrapin like an absolute mad-man, so the count was lost as the headlights got the pax attention…including YHC.
Werk: 50 curls, 40 bent over rows, 30 merkins, 20 triceps ext, 10 Thruster, run to top of Charles Street and back. AMRAP until alarm at 5:50. Move to abs. 50 flutters (count 1 leg), 40 gas pumpers, 30 penguins (count 1 side), 20 leg lifts, 10 big boiz.
6:00, Alarm, Recover, return coupons. Lander Rugby fundraising was a topic…it’s like paying more in taxes, but you do you. I wish Scrum, Spew, and the other players all the best.
