YHC can be guilty of copying the theme or style of a previously Qed workout and doing it very similarly at a different AO. This workout was a similar concept to a Fury Q a few weeks ago while incorporating KettleBells and the BattleRope.

Round 1- pax rotate through 2 stations of KB work (4 merkins, 3 rows, 2 squats, 1 OH press – max effort reps), right arm battle rope and running to top of bridge
20 LBC + 20 flutter kicks
Round 2- pax rotate through a combination of 2 KB swings stations (20# in a single arm, 20# in 2 arms, 20# in each arm, alternating swings, whatever they fancy), right arm battle rope and running to top of Charles st
20 whirly boys + 20 reverse crunches
Round 3- pax rotate through 2 KB stations (left row, right row, double clean, left lunge, right lunge, left OH press, right OH press – max effort reps), double arm battle rope and running to top of bridge

YHC was able to assist the paper lady on Charles St – she had a poor throw that missed the driveway – YHC finished the throw for her instead of her having to exit her car
Good turnout all around TheWood today – if you normally only run, try the bootcamps – they will make you a better runner or vice versa – and don’t forget the Ruck opportunity – mainly, keep getting better, because if you don’t – you’re getting worse
