YHC came across a new exercise a couple of weeks ago that YHC was saving for the perfect day and today was the day because no day is ever a bad day for bearcrawls or some variant of them.

Weather – YHC heard Piddler say that humidity was 100% and it felt every bit of it.
Warm-up
SSH x 20, IW x 20, SSH x 20, Copperhead squats x 20, SSH x 20
Partner up and PAX 1 go secure a coupon.
DORA in the grassy knoll. While PAX 1 did coupon work while PAX 2 did some sort of speed/agility exercise to the first light pole and back.
50 KB swings and mosey there and back.
100 pullovers and lunge walk there and mosey back.
150 bicep curls to OH press and bearpee there and mosey back.
200 goblet squats and carioca there and back.
250 chest press and back pedal there and mosey back.
Ab work
25 Flutters IC, 50 LBC OYO, 25 Reverse crunches IC
Pair back up and PAX 1 performs 15 pull-ups while PAX 2 performs dips. Flip when pull-ups are done.
It was 6:00 and recover was called and the blocks were returned.

NMS
-YHC saw the bearpee exercise at another AO a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t wait to break it out this morning. Basically, it’s a burpee combined with a bearcrawl. You perform a burpee, 4 bearcrawls, and then another burpee. YHC believes it was a real crowd please and there’s a solid chance it returns in the gloom in the near future.
-Great work was put in by all the PAX this morning. The wetness of the grass didn’t matter because we were all pretty wet after the warm-up because of the humidity this morning. It was great to see Piddler back out in the gloom at a BC.
