“Gotta grind, gotta get mine” can be applied to slangin’ dope or working out with F3.   I choose to apply this concept to grinding out with my homies from F3.  So catch that #grindflu with me and let’s hit February hard.  Or you can continue to make excuses why you can’t or won’t.  Choice is yours.

Grab coupon, mosey to Dentist office parking lot.

 

25 Curls in parking lot.

Mosey to top of Bridge – 10 Burpees

Back down – 25 curls

Mosey up to Pascal’s – 15 Jungle Boi Squats

Back Down – 25 Curls

Mosey up Charles Street – 20 Leg Raises

 

That’s one full round.  Rinse and repeat adding 10 burpees, 15 JB Squats, and 20 leg raises EACH rotation.  Curls stay at 25 reps.

 

Recover at 6:00am
