7 PAX shook off the long weekend and the threat of rain to post at Terrapin. I was expecting a light crowd given the lack of action on Twitter and the fact that there was no Q signed up until Sunday afternoon. I am still trailing my target on the ab/merkin challenge so it should have been no surprise to see those coming. It went like this:
21-15-9 (7 rounds)
Exercise 1 changed each round with Exercises 2 and 3 remaining the same
E1 – (Burpee Box Jumps, Jungle Bois, Bonnie Blairs, Dips, Squats, Box Jumps, Squats)
E2 – Merkins
E3 – Ab exercise of your choice
After each round complete a set of 50 calf raises.
For those scoring at home, that’s a cumulative 360 merkins and 315 abs.
