F3 Greenwood

After a slow start to the week after Independence Day, I was looking forward to seeing some studs come out of their fartsack hibernation. A total of 9 pax decided to do the harder thing and wake up for a beatdown at Terrapin.

Disclaimer: No shovels were used to harm any pax during the course of this workout.

I’m always appreciative of those who come out to a Crayola Q. I try to make it worth getting out of bed in the morning. If your not pushing yourself, you are not getting better.

It was quite enjoyable breaking away from the confines of West Cambridge Park. Lander’s campus has much to offer when it comes to mobile bootcamping.

We probably did enough dips to give EM a run for his money. Lunges continue to suck, but don’t seem so bad as you crawlbear up a hill. We didn’t have time to do everything that was planned, but we’ll put that in our pocket for another day.

Of course the AOQ forgot the shovel flag today. Apparently its getting more use as an actual digging tool……or poop scoop. (No, we do not harm animals with gardening tools)

So from all of us here, I’d like to wish you happy bootcamping, and God bless, my friend.

I’ve got to get back to coloring.
