What better way to start your week off strong. Six men decided to join me for my VQ, and they did not disappoint.

Some of us got in 3 miles worth of hills prior the workout.

The workout went down like this…

    Warmup

      20 SSH
      10 Mountain Climbers
      Repeat

    Grab a block
    ROUND 1

      40 Flutter Kicks
      30 Russian Twists (with the block)
      20 Big Boys
      10 Leg Raises
      Run to Flag Poll, 25 Merkins, Run Back
      Repeat 3x

    ROUND 2

      40 Scissors
      15 Side Plank Dips Each Side
      10 Torture Tucks
      Run to Flag Poll, 25 Merkins, Run Back
      Repeat 3x

    ROUND 3

      30 Reverse Crunches
      20 Lung Twists with Blocks
      20 Alternating Leg Raises
      Run to Flag Poll, 25 Merkins, Run Back
      Repeat 3x

Due to time we had to cut round 3 a little short.

Solid work by all who attended. Belle took extra punishment by wearing his weighted vest. I’ll need to get me one of those sooner or later. Someone decided to crop dust everyone at the flag poll. That’ll make you push merkins out faster for sure.
