15 Sets, if you finished. Before each set, you start with 15 pull ups, and decrease by 1.
Work between pull ups: Big Boys, V-Ups, LBC, Leg Raises, Squats.
When you finish, you should go though each exercise 3 times
For the 10k Challenge, that’s 600 toward your goal!
