Tweeter sent out a pre-APB last night saying he might need a back-up this morning. So, at 4:30 this morning, he sent out the real bat signal and YHC dug into the notes section on the cell phone and revised a previous Talon beat down but added a few wrinkles.

Weather – the cold had returned. But we all agreed 30 degrees was much colder in January.

Warm-Up

    10 pullups/1 squat. Reduce pullups and increase squats. Every time you transitioned from pullups to squats do 5 merkins.

Mosey to pavilion where the blocks were waiting. But first, head to the bathroom wall for 3 rounds of 30 second wall sits, and 10 Australian mountain climbers the hard way.

Block Work

    At the half way point of each set, mosey to ticket booth and do 10 merkins or 10 squats.

      100 curls
      150 LBCs

Back to wall for 3 sets of: 10 second right leg only sit, 10 second left leg only sit, 30 second wall sit, and 25 dips.

Recover was called and blocks were returned.
