Twas a Grrrrreat morning to get better at the fine facilities of Talon.

This is what we did since you couldn’t make it because you had to work, had to do something w/ your kids, family obligations, you were injured, you needed a rest day or you’re just lazy af.

 

Warm Up / Stretching

A small baby lap indian run to get the blood flowing

 

Each of the exercises below were performed for 1 minute followed by a 30 second plank and then a 30 second rest.
