F3 Greenwood

10 pax showed up for Talon and got their Saturday work in.  At least 5 showed up early and got some miles in as well.  Lucky for them, we went mobile.  Here’s how it went down:

p1 works at top of hill, P2 moseys to bottom and completes 5 hand release merkins, then back up hill.  Flip Flop.  Work is cumulative.  (In an effort to keep group together, first team to make it through an exercise would call out “switch” and all teams would move to next exercise.

    Awesome work
    We covered right at 3 miles.
    I’ve reverted back to liking the partner WODs more so than normal.  It seems to push you and your partner.
    Music was great.  We introduced Toothpick to Van Morrison and Widespread Panic all in one song.  Also had some Prince and Drive by Truckers.
    Howards was great, really recommend the chicken shit omelet.
