Corner 4- Thrusters
Beginning in the middle, perform 5 burpees. Rifle carry to corner 1. Perform 20 Goblet squats. Carry coupon back to center for 5 more burpees. Then rifle carry to corner 2 and repeat the process. After corner 4 is complete, perform 5 burpees in the center and take a lap around the island in front of the gym. Rinse and repeat this for 2 more rounds dropping reps by 5 each round keeping burpees at 5. Early finishers rinse and repeat the burpees and lap for the 6.
recover. Put the coupons up and circle up in front of ticket building. We took turns rolling both dice. Any time “Water Break” was rolled, we took a lap. Amazingly enough, burpees were never rolled. Maybe next time.

NMM- I love a good coupon workout with a little bit of running to break it up. Solid group of ten studs including none other than Mary Anne. Great to have him back out. Good times were had. Met up with a slew of UWC D2D runners at Howards. We learned where our society went off the rails. Chipper and Switch were major contributors. Possibly the only two in Greenwood that can identify Oscar. Other topics included Vince McMahon, Sable, Chyna, 2 girls, and a cup. All information was deemed accurate by Wikipedia and Fratelli. The Chamber of Commerce is going to make all these wrongs right according to Uncle Jesse. FDK (For Dem Kid…..Uncle Jesse’s kids…)
