Too many titles to choose from for this workout. Backwards Battleship, reverse Battleship, unside down ladder, but the best one was Upside down Godzilla. Enjoyed the workout, here is what we did.

Grab a coupon and meet at the bottom of the concrete monster.

20 LBAC IC
20 LBAC IN REVERSE IC
20 Overhead Press
20 Curls
Main Thang
Start first round with one trip up the concrete monster.
5 burpees at the top of the concrete monster.
5 dips at the front of the school.
5 reverse crunches at the flag pole.
5 monkey humpers at the far end parking lot.
5 mountain climbers at the concrete wall.
5 box jumps at the back patio.
5 curls at the bottom of the concrete monster.
Repeat adding one lap on the concrete monster each round and 5 reps to each exercise. Time will be called when complete.
Time was about up so we ended up doing some overhead presses, flutter kicks, whirly boys, and presses laying down.
