YHC enjoyed the parking lot beatdown on Tuesday and wanted to continue the beatdown there. Four corners were good for the PAX to stay close and could encourage each other to complete the excercises.

Four Corners – starting position do 12 repetitions then move to second corner and reduce by one, move to corner three and reduce by one, move to corner four and reduce by one. Return to corner one and continue until you are complete with that exercise. Plank for the six.

Curls – carry block from corner to corner.
