I don’t know how beast like Sugar, Uncle Jesse, Alpo and Metermaid post to leg killer bootcamps and still manage to run the extra miles necessary to train for the BRR.  My legs can take the bootcamp beating and run 30-40 miles a week.  The BRR is looming large on my mind and body right now.  My legs are getting plenty of work running miles in HC so upper body and abs will be the focus of my Q’s for the remained of this month.
