Close to chest carry coupon back to Goal Line and swap out with partner.

The night before, I issued an offer for anyone to join me at the house at 4:10 am to run to the Shipyard. I had no takers.
It was good being back at a boot camp after concentrating on BRR running for so long.
Boo! has some of the heaviest gloves around. Especially after the LBAC,OH Clap, Forward Clap, RtR combo. He was not a fan.
Special K mentioned that he figured we would be doing some version of the plank during one of my workouts. He wasn’t far off the mark on that one.
Grumbles could be heard while were were finishing up in the COP on the concrete. “This would have been better in the grass”
