Crab Walk to the 20
At the 20 – Leg Thrusts
Bear Crawl to the 30
At the 30 – Jungle Boi Squats
Crab Walk to the 40
At the 40 – Burpees
Run back to the goal line and repeat. Increasing reps of Merkins, Leg Thrusts, Jungle Boi Squats, and Burpees by 1 with each round.
At multiple times during the workout, the pax were interrupted in their work by shouts of “PLANK!” and “10 Monkey Humpers”

Sugar mentioned that this was an unexpected workout from me. Not sure what that meant.
Some pax was overheard comparing some of my workouts to a Richard Simmons workout. I was quick to correct him. My workouts are more along the lines of Slim GoodBody.
