YHC wasn’t sure what to do for his VQ, but wanted something to push all the Pax and hit different areas of the body. After a consultation with Mr. Bean, I decided to use a format from one of his Q’s, but change the reps and exercises up a little. Not sure if everyone agrees, but it seemed to do the job.

Conditions: 61 degrees and just right!

The Thang: Five stations of work, the first started at the flag, then each corner of the end zone.

The first exercise was 10 BBS at the flag

Mosey to corner 1: 100 Plank Jacks

Mosey back to flag: 10 BBS

Mosey to corner 2: 100 Merkins

Mosey back to flag: 10 BBS

Mosey to corner 3: 100 Squats

Mosey back to flag: 10 BBS

Mosey to corner 4: 100 Curls.

Mosey back to flag: 10 BBS

Round one complete. Rounds two, three, and four were done decreasing the number of reps by 25 each round. Pax finishing early could start over at 25 reps, working back up.
